YI JIN JING [EXPLAINED] || SEQUENCE 1 AND 2 - CALM THE MIN

"Yi-Jin-Jing" or muscle-tendon transformation classic is a form of extremely soft Kung-fu introduced by Bodhidharma, the founder of Zen and Shaolin Kung-fu. It has been practiced for over 1,000 years by Shaolin monks. It involves an interplay between the 3 bodies - the physical body's strength, spirit of the mind, and 'Chi' (Prana) or vital energy, and strives to achieve a harmony between these 3 bodies.
